Happy Friday, friends! WOW, what a week! I had the best time having my parents visit and enjoying the start to our beautiful fall! And now, before I photograph a wedding today, I am so excited to post this romantic and beautiful day I was a part of for Isabella and Nate!
I met Isabella through my friend Carianne who was their incredible wedding planner! Isabella and Nate met in Indiana, but family and work took them to the east coast and they decided to make the adventure together! They have such a sweet love, and Isabella has the best eye for details, so I just knew their wedding would be one for the books! And it was
I arrived at Saint Lawrence Spirits Chateau and already they couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day! Isabella and the ladies were getting ready upstairs, with their cute pink robes – which we captured with them and a bottle of rose! I absolutely loved Isabella’s details, from her romantic dress and shoes, to her invitations with calligraphy and her delicate jewelry. When it was time to get dressed, Isabella’s cousin and mom helped her – and wow was she stunning! I loved the buttons on her sleeves and how beautiful that looked on her!
Their unplugged ceremony was set up outside with romantic candles and a beautiful arch. Nate was standing up front anticipating his beautiful bride coming toward him! They had a beautiful ceremony, and before long they were married and all smiles! We took some gorgeous photographs of the two of them out back with the Saint Lawrence river in the background! I was in photographer heaven with them and our beautiful light!
Then, we drove to Sackets Harbor where we met them and their bridal party at the battlefield park right on the water! We took some photographs in the foliage, and then with Lake Ontario in the background. And wow was the view and sunset incredible!
Their reception was set up beautifully under a tent next to Tin Pan Galley, a restaurant Isabella and Nate love and thought it would be a romantic spot for a wedding! And it was With their ivy walls and flowing fountains, you couldn’t get more romantic than that. It was set up beautifully with candles and vintage furniture, and all their guests enjoyed mingling in the space. Meanwhile, their tent was just as romantic with lots of candlelight, chandeliers, bistro lighting and the most beautiful tablescapes and china. Carianne outdid herself! When Isabella and Nate walked in, it was time for the party to get started! They had their first dance under the chandelier, and then Isabella’s dad gave a sweet and funny toast! Isabella’s maid of honor and Nate’s best man also gave sweet speeches, and then these two started having fun on the dance floor!
Of course, before the night was over we slipped outside near the ivy walls for some beautiful night photographs. I had such an incredible day with Nate and Isabella, and wish these two a lifetime of happiness together! Enjoy their story!
