I am so excited to post these two today!! AND, I feel like they’re the last of my summer couples, which is perfect because fall is officially here!!
Hope and Jason just had such a beautiful vision for their engagement and it’s all based in their story, which is so sweet! Jason proposed to Hope while paddle boarding! He had a “fake” ring with him, thank God, just in case…and she was as surprised as ever! And of course Hope said yes!!
Hope found my work through her friend Shira who I photographed in 2016 and also lives in Stamford CT! Hope is a creative and a graphic designer so I loved her eye for details and color. I am so excited to be a part of Hope and Jason’s wedding this coming spring – it’s going to be so unique and inspring!!
But for now, enjoy their sweet engagement session! We started at Harbor Point in Stamford, near where they live and somewhere they went on many dates together. It was such a perfect location, and it’s been renovated so much since I was last there in 2014! Then, they changed into casual and cute outfits (which match perfectly with their wedding colors of peach, gray & navy!) and we went to SoundWaters Kayak & Paddleboard Rentals. They were so sweet to let us use their paddle board so Hope and Jason could re-enact their engagement and take these sweet and romantic photos! AHH! And the light was just perfect!
I had such a great day with this creative and adventurous couple! I hope you love their story!
Ahh, and this is only the start!
