Friends, I am THRILLED to post these two today! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is over and we are now decorating our house for Christmas! Having so much fun with that, especially as newlyweds But it’s so fun to reminisce on how wonderful this fall has been!
I met Amy and Gabor through members of my Tuesdays Together group in Syracuse, and was thrilled when I heard they were getting married at Red Barn 20 in Cazenovia! Amy and Gabor met in Boston, and their work brought them back to the Syracuse area where Amy’s family is from. But Gabor’s family has a New England style barn that they visit together as a couple. So it was only fitting after they were engaged, they simply fell in love with Red Barn 20! How could they not, not only with the barns but the rolling hills overlooking Oneida and Cazenovia Lakes?!
When it came time to schedule their engagement session, they wanted to explore more of Cazenovia, so Derek and I took them to Chittenango Falls and ended their session at Red Barn 20 at sunset! They were so adventurous at the falls, wearing hiking boots and ready to skip across any rock, especially Gabor who was all about taking photos in the middle of the creek! I loved that!! And you could just see the love that the two of them share together through every moment.
After we changed and headed to RedBarn, the adventure continued! We chased the light on the beautiful hills with the most stunning backdrop, and they had a picnic complete with beer (which they love!) and little pumpkins. And finally, we walked down to the giant corn fields at magic hour for that final glow – which was photographer heaven for me and perfect for them!
Derek and I are so thrilled to photograph their wedding this summer! Hope you love Amy and Gabor’s story
